ACTIVE STATUS

In order to participate in management qualification programs and in the various bonus and override programs, Consultants, Managers and Vice Presidents must accumulate a minimum of $100 (Can $130) in Personal Retail Volume each month.

OVERRIDE VOLUME

Override Volume, on which overrides are calculated, is 65% of Retail Volume.

MONTHLY RETAIL VOLUME (RV) REQUIREMENTS

District Manager, $2,500 (Can $3,250) Retail Volume in Central District
Area Manager, $10,000 (Can $13,000) Retail Volume in Central Area
Regional Vice President, $40,000 (Can $52,000) Retail Volume in Central Region
National Vice President $160,000 (Can $208,000) Retail Volume in Central Nation

Promotion Credits (PC) are made available to Regional and National Vice Presidents who have promoted out Regions and Nations from their Central Regions and Nations, respectively. These PCs are automatically added to Central Region and Nation Retail Volume on a monthly basis.

  • For each RVP promoted out from your Central Region, $10,000 (Can $13,000) counts toward monthly Region RV maintenance requirement and Mercedes-Benz Bonus.
  • For each NVP promoted out from your Central Nation, $40,000 (Can $52,000) counts toward monthly Nation RV maintenance requirement and Mercedes-Benz Bonus.

    Should the monthly Retail Volume requirement not be met, and the resulting Performance Account (PA) balance is negative, the Manager or Vice President will qualify for all benefits associated with their title that month; however, reassignment to the next lower level will take place the first of the following month.

    Performance Account (PA) balances are determined based on the following criteria:

  • Upon promotion or reassignment from one level to the next, a Two-Month Building Period begins.
    All Retail Volume is deposited into your PA account without any maintenance deduction
  • When promoting someone from your Central to the same level, a Two-Month Building Period goes into effect.
  • On an ongoing basis, PA account balances will be maintained as follows:
    Monthly Central RV less Monthly RV Requirement = PA Balance

    TITLE MAINTENANCE
    In order to participate in the rewards, incentives and other benefits associated with a particular level, you must be paid at that level. In case of reassignment from one level to the next, the former title will be kept for a period of time according to the schedule below:
  • District Manager levels, 6 months following reassignment
  • Area Manager levels, 9 months following reassignment
  • Vice President levels, 12 months following reassignment

    CONSULTANT ANNUAL RENEWAL
    Arbonne Independent Consultants, Managers and VPs will be asked to renew their Arbonne affiliation every year in their anniversary month, by submitting a $15 (Can $20) annual renewal fee to Arbonne International. All renewing Consultants will continue to receive full benefits as outlined in this manual including a FREE surprise product ($15 retail value) when you renew and place a $100+ (Can $130+) PRV order before the end of your renewal month. Also, Consultants who renew on or before their renewal month and have an annual PRV of $1,500+ (Can $2,000+), have the opportunity to purchase an RSVP.

    You will continue to receive the following Arbonne benefits as long as you continue to submit your annual renewal fee:

  • Arbonne publications in the mail or in your orders.
  • Substantial savings on all Arbonne products including monthly specials.
  • Participate in product & travel campaigns.Take advantage of the lucrative compensation plan including industry-leading business tools.
